Garment images are analysed for type, cut and shape, then rendered on the user's body profile while preserving their actual proportions.
Fit intelligence
Beyond "how does it look", Fitality aims to answer "does it fit and how does it sit", with a confidence score attached to every result.
How it's built
Fitality is not built on a single foundation model. Specialised computer vision, human parsing, pose estimation and diffusion models handle perception and rendering; parametric 3D body modelling keeps geometry consistent; and Claude acts as the reasoning and orchestration layer — extracting structured garment attributes, checking photo quality, scoring outputs for consistency and coordinating the multi-step pipeline.
Where we are
Fitality is currently in development. Our first milestone is validating body measurement accuracy from two-view photos against real tape-measured data, before building the full try-on and fit analysis layers on top. We are initially focused on consumers, with e-commerce and fashion retailer integrations as a later step.
